It is hard to recommend a set of recommend computer specs to run SquadOV successfully as it depends on your FPS requirements, so you should test it out and see what the experience is like for you. You should expect some FPS drops regardless of how strong your computer is. You can view our recommendations on how to mitigate some of that here.
