Why can my friend see my videos and I can't see theirs? (or the other way around)

Generally, this indicates the person who can see both videos is recording locally. You can only watch videos that are either stored on your computer or on our servers. You or your friend will first need to make sure their VOD has been uploaded before the other can see it.
