Occasionally, SquadOV's video player may tell you that "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." There's a couple of steps you can take to resolve this:
- Delete the squadov_client_ui folder in the %APPDATA% folder and then restart SquadOV.
- If you are watching/loading a locally recorded video, then ensure that you have not made any changes by hand in Windows explorer to the local storage location. If you have, revert them to their original state as created by SquadOV.
